IMPERFIBER

Waterproof and elastic plate armoured with fiberglass.

It’s a waterproof coating compound by acrylic copolymers and has been incorporated fiberglass.
This reinforcement improves the behaviour of the fissures in singular points (cracks, drainage, half pipes, etc…). The main characteristics of the reticulated membrane are:
-Waterproof and elastic.
-High level of traction resistance (bestowed by the fibre incorporated)
-High resistance to ultraviolet light and bad weather condition.
-Easy application
-Exempt of tar and asphalt.

Uses

IMPERFIBER is indicated for any type of waterproof terrace, roofs, wall, layed foundations, façades…, including those points where the traditional membranes were to be reinforced by armours.

Surface preparation

The surface in which the product is going to be applied must be solid, dry, and clean of dirt, grease and oils.
The residual material work can be eliminated by DESCAL, rinsed with plenty of water and let it dry.
Previously apply PRIMA 68in porous surfaces, or prone to crumble.
Cracks and fissures must be repaired previously.

Instructions for use

The product is applied directly, do not dilute, can be applied by brush, roller or gun. Apply the necessary coats to obtain the thickness desired of IMPER-FIBER without diluting and never apply less than two coats.
It is not necessarily to introduce mesh fiberglass between coats because it’s already incorporated. In terrace is essential to extend the application on the surrounding walls, forming a skirting board of 15-20 cm from the floor.

Recommendations-
Do not apply in temperatures inferiors to +5ºC or superiors to +35ºC, or in foreseen rains or imminent storms.
It is recommended that the time passed between coats must be 24 hours but never superior to 72 hours.
The coats must be fine and homogenous in order to dry correctly.

Consumption

2m2/kg and coat. Apply 2 or 3 cross coats.

Colours

Ceramic and white

Packing and storing

IMPERFIBER is presented in hermetic barrels of 30kg, according to EC packing and storing directives for chemical products.
