Synthetic enamel, based on mica oxide iron, alquidyc resins and all the necessary additives to obtain the properties required for the anti-corrosive protection. Due to the particles of the iron oxide are plates, provides:
Barrier effect: Making longer routes of the diffusion of the water and the oxygen through a film.
Shield effect: providing an excellent waterproofing protection in front of ultraviolet radiation.
Resistant to abrasion, due to the high pigment concentration, allows to obtain a high hardness cover with great resistance to abrasion.

Uses

Due to the formulation of this paint, can be use as: anti corrosive prime, intermediate coat, providing a mechanical reinforcement or promoter of the adherence between coats.
As a finishing decoration, presents a finish rough type << forged>>, to paint bridges, streetlight, streetlamp, grille, railing, banisters.

Surface preparation

In all cases, the surface must be clean and exempt of oxide.

Instructions for use

Apply the product straight from the barrel.

Consumption

Between 100-200 g/m2 for each coat applied, depending on the roughness of the surface and type, the type of tools and the workmanship.

Packing and storing

FERRO ESLO is presented in metallic hermetic barrels of 10 and 30kg, according to EC packing and storing directives for chemical products.
For its storage, maintain the product in its original barrel, well closed and keep away from bad weather.
