The product degreases, passivate, deoxidizes and phosphates in an easy way. Using DEX-FOS concentrated can eliminate strong oxidation, slags and sediments, protecting iron surface through the placing of a ferric phosphates coat and complex ferrous-ferric ions. |

To deoxidize metallic structures in the building site and to eliminate welding slags.
DEX-FOS passivate, protects and lefts the pieces ready for any preparation or later coating.
DEX-FOS can be used by spray or by immersion.

Its use, dosage and action time will depend on the thickness of the slags or sediments in each case.
1 litre of DEX-FOS can be diluted up to 10 litres of water. It can be used pure in immersion tanks, obtaining faster and more satisfying results if it is activated through forced circulation. After its application wash the surface with water and dry it with pressure air. For a total protection of the piece or surface, once it has its surface clean, coat it with a spray of DEX-FOS and it will remain completely protected and phosphated.
