FERRO FIX composed of one-component base of oily modifies resins and all the relevant additives to obtain the needed properties request by the conditioner of the surfaces of low adherence.
It is flexible and dries in contact with air. Due to its high fluidity, penetrates in the capillarity of the surface, presenting a perfect anchorage. The posterior dusting of sand increases the adherence of the surface such as: pillars, beams, stairs, marble pieces, etc.

The product can be used in the union of manufactured bricks or ceramics with concrete, iron and stone pillars; in the application of steps and marble pieces; in roof, pillars and plastering surfaces (sometimes a very flat surface or the kind of concrete make difficult to stick the plaster and the surface). FERRO FIX can be applied on enamelled and vitrified surfaces to tile without pulling up the old tiles. |

Concrete surfaces must be cleaned in order to eliminate oil, whitewash, greases remains and bad stuck particles that may affect the anchorage of the product.
Metallic surfaces must be degreased and it is important to eliminate oxide and calamine remains.
When using FERRO FIX with tiles it will be necessary to clean them from greases and detergents.

If FERRO FIX is applied on a very absorbent surface, it is recommended to apply a first coat, as a preparation. After 30 minutes apply a second coat and dust it with dry sand (the sand will be more or less fine depending on the roughness that you want to achieve).
With metallic and ceramic surfaces only one coat it is recommended and then you dust it with sand. To protect marble pieces you can apply a thick coat of the product and then dust with marble sand (in this case you have to leave it to dry almost 24 hours).
The product can be applied by brush or roller. The tools used must be clean immediately with dissolvent (we recommend our ADITAMENTO 3).

FERRO FIX is packed in hermetic barrels; according to EC packing and storing directives for chemical products.
For its storage, maintain the product in its original barrels well closed and keep away from cold temperatures.
